What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide project coordination and operational support for the Producer Recruiting program
- Maintain and manage candidate pipelines across the applicant tracking system and Monday.com boards
- Coordinate interviews across multiple time zones and stakeholders, managing scheduling logistics
- Ensure a high-quality candidate experience by responding to inquiries and maintaining organized candidate files
- Assist with onboarding activities for newly hired producers and document their activity plans
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Previous experience in recruiting coordination, HR support, or administrative operations strongly preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS)
