      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead, coach, and develop a growing team of Account Executives, focusing on pipeline generation and deal execution
      - Manage disciplined funnel management, including forecasting and deal reviews
      - Collaborate with Sales Leadership to align top-of-funnel strategies with the broader go-to-market approach
      - Implement coaching systems and provide real-time feedback and development plans for team members
      - Support in-field sales activities through shadowing and providing on-the-spot feedback

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Proven experience managing SDRs, BDRs, or early-stage AEs in a high-growth SaaS or tech sales environment
      - Strong understanding of funnel metrics, deal qualification, and pipeline management
      - Skilled in coaching with the ability to provide prioritized feedback and guide reps towards improvement
      - Comfortable addressing challenging conversations, including performance management
      - Ability to collaborate effectively across functions, including marketing, operations, and sales leadership

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in a public safety or emergency services technology environment
      - Familiarity with AI-powered solutions in emergency communications
      - Strong analytical skills for diagnosing and resolving issues that block revenue
      - Proven track record of talent development and coaching in sales environments
      - Experience with performance improvement plans and managing underperformance
