What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Triage callers in the Adult & Pediatric Neurology Clinics and assess their needs
- Facilitate appropriate clinical options and provide information to primary physicians, specialists, healthcare facilities, and RN Care Coordinators
- Educate callers on immediate healthcare needs and preventive management
- Implement care plans and treatment plans at a refined skill level in collaboration with patients, families, physicians, and the healthcare team
- Seek and provide feedback for improved clinical practice

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing required within 5 years of hire
- 1 year of relevant experience
- Licensed to Practice as a Registered Nurse in the Commonwealth of Virginia
- American Heart Association (AHA) Health Care Provider BLS certification required
