  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Coordinate the preparation, review, and timely filing of postmarket reporting submissions
  - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with U.S. federal regulatory obligations
  - Manage complex regulatory timelines and ensure milestones are met for federal filings
  - Assess regulatory risks related to advertising, promotion, labeling, and operations
  - Stay updated on evolving regulatory requirements for tobacco product marketing
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - Experience in U.S. Regulatory Affairs, preferably with tobacco or nicotine-containing products
  - Working knowledge of FDA and FTC regulations and industry best practices
  - Demonstrated ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams
  - Strong written and verbal communication skills
  - Bachelor’s degree and 4-7+ years of relevant experience or a Master’s/Law degree with at least 3 years of relevant experience

  - Familiarity with global marketing requirements for tobacco and nicotine-containing products
  - Experience with coordination and execution of regulatory compliance reporting
