What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage every phase of the project lifecycle from preconstruction through closeout
- Leverage digital tools and strong communication to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and on spec
- Coordinate remote project updates, vendor negotiations, and client interactions
- Oversee contracts, track costs, and mitigate risks throughout project execution
- Utilize expertise in architectural, structural, and fabrication drawings to guide project development
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum 3 years of experience managing glazing or curtain wall projects
- Demonstrated success managing commercial construction projects remotely
- Strong knowledge of curtain wall, storefront, ACM, or unitized façade systems
- Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Familiarity with Bluebeam, Procore, AutoCAD, or PM platforms

- Existing network of glazing vendors and subcontractors
- Proven ability to lead project updates and manage client coordination remotely
