      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide first-level technical assistance for consumers regarding high-speed internet services
      - Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment
      - Manage trouble ticket systems for user issues related to internet connectivity and performance
      - Demonstrate advanced product knowledge to effectively solve customer issues
      - Maintain a positive attitude and adhere to work schedule assignments

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Must be over 18 years of age
      - High School Diploma or equivalent
      - Proven oral and written communication skills
      - Familiarity with personal computers, operating systems, and software
      - Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to work independently
