- With supervision, support client custom voting policies based on client requests, market trends and regulatory changes
- With supervision, provide support of implementation of new client custom policies as part of the on-boarding process for new Glass Lewis clients
- Review client proxy ballots on a daily basis to ensure that the applicable custom voting policy is applied correctly to all agenda items against pressing vote cutoff dates
- Collaborate with lead and policy analysts to devise solutions to recurring issues that arise in the application of client policy
- Proactively identify market and voting trends that may impact client policy or be of interest to clients
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong time-management, multitasking, problem solving and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively & independently
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite, especially Excel
- European language skills a plus
- Must be able to work for any employer in the US without sponsorship

Position Description
The Client Policy Research Associate will be responsible for providing day-to-day support for Glass Lewis clients who vote according to their own custom voting policies, as well as implementing and supporting custom voting policies for new clients. This is a temporary position that will start February 1 st2024 and continue through June 2024.

These are temporary, full-time, entry-level, non-exempt positions. The compensation is $19.00 per hour. These positions are eligible for a remote working arrangement in the following surrounding areas: Missouri, Kansas, Colorado, Illinois, Florida, Arkansas, Tennessee, Oklahoma & Georgia. Candidates must be eligible to work for any company in the U.S. We cannot provide assistance in obtaining work permits.
