What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Capture sales from incoming reservation calls and convert inquiries into bookings
- Process online reservations and respond to guest email inquiries and comments
- Maintain expert knowledge of all promotions, packages, and booking policies
- Up-sell rooms and add-ons to maximize revenues
- Handle guest complaints and ensure guest satisfaction
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of one year experience in hotel reservations, front desk operations, or a customer-facing role
- Knowledge of property management systems is required; experience with Revinate, Infor HMS, and SynXis preferred
- Strong customer service background and experience in a high-volume call center
- Excellent telephone skills and basic sales skills
- High School Diploma or equivalent is required
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Candidates with a degree in hospitality or a related field are preferred
- Previous sales experience in a luxury hotel or similar environment
- Above average written and oral communication skills
- Current employees with AutoCamp experience will receive priority consideration
- Strong math and quantitative reasoning skills
