      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead the launch of new products, services, and sales tools for the internal sales team
      - Develop and manage comprehensive launch plans, timelines, and stakeholder alignment across Sales, Product, IT, and Enablement
      - Ensure sales team readiness through coordinated training, documentation, and support resources
      - Document and standardize end-to-end sales processes, ensuring alignment with public sector workflows and compliance
      - Monitor KPIs and sales productivity metrics to identify areas for improvement and operational gaps

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Operations, or a related field required; MBA or relevant graduate degree is a plus
      - Minimum of seven (7) years of experience in Sales Operations, Program Management, or related roles
      - Proven success launching products, tools, or processes to internal sales teams
      - Deep expertise in the Salesforce ecosystem, including Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud, and CPQ
      - Exceptional communication, stakeholder engagement, and problem-solving capabilities

      - Skilled in project management platforms such as Asana, with a strong ability to drive cross-functional execution
      - Data-savvy and detail-oriented, with the ability to translate complex metrics into actionable strategies
