      We’re looking for a Sales Representative to join our International Sales Team in Amsterdam, reporting directly to our Europe Sales Director. If you're driven, organized, and ready to represent a brand that values craftsmanship, relationships, and creativity, we’d love to meet you.


      What You’ll Do

      In this role, you’ll be the face of Phillip Jeffries across the Netherlands design community, building and nurturing relationships with top interior designers and trade professionals. You’ll contribute directly to our growth goals, deliver exceptional service, and bring our brand to life across the Netherlands territory. You will also:

      • Drive Sales Growth : Meet and exceed sales targets by actively managing a portfolio of clients and identifying new business opportunities.
      • Engage with Clients: Conduct 12+ client appointments and 15+ project shops weekly to maintain strong relationships and promote our latest collections.
      • Prospect New Accounts: Identify and onboard new residential and commercial interior designers, opening 50+ new accounts annually.
      • Leverage Social Media: Use platforms like Instagram and LinkedIn to share the Phillip Jeffries brand and engage with the design community.
      • Promote New Launches: Ensure clients are up to date with our latest product offerings and maintain their sample libraries.
      • Support Projects: Track and manage project opportunities in our CRM, coordinate with Customer Experience, and follow up on open quotes and sample requests.
      • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with Marketing, Logistics, and CX teams to ensure seamless client experiences.
      • Represent the Brand: Attend industry events, trade shows, and host client engagements such as lunch & learns and happy hours.
      • Stay Informed: Keep up with industry trends, competitor activity, and market conditions to inform your sales strategy.
      • Report & Reflect: Submit weekly and monthly reports on client visits, pipeline activity, and performance metrics.
      • Be a Brand Ambassador: Promote Phillip Jeffries at local design schools and within the broader design community.



      What We’re Looking For

      • 3+ years of field sales experience, ideally in interior design, luxury furnishings, or a related industry
      • Must be based in Amsterdam with the ability to travel across the Netherlands
      • Full professional fluency in English and Dutch
      • Proven ability to build trust and influence at all levels
      • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
      • Strong organizational habits and comfort working independently
      • Tech-savvy with working knowledge of CRM and ERP systems
      • Business development mindset—you’re energized by finding and developing new relationships
      • Familiarity with the Netherlands interior design landscape and an existing network is a plus
