      A Day in the Life

We are looking for a Sales Supervisor – Cardiac Surgery & Aortic to join our team, supporting advanced technologies used in open heart surgery, heart valve therapies, perfusion systems, and aortic solutions.

      This role combines clinical expertise, operating room presence, and commercial leadership, working closely with cardiovascular surgeons, perfusionists, and hospital management. For this position, you are expected to be based in Ankara, Türkiye.


      Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

      • Provide clinical and technical support during cardiac surgery procedures.
      • Conduct regular operating room visits and maintain close engagement with cardiovascular surgery teams.
      • Deliver product presentations, demonstrations, and clinical trainings to surgeons and operating room staff.
      • Manage and coordinate service providers and external clinical support teams.
      • Ensure regular sales forecast reporting and pipeline updates.
      • Manage hospital tender processes and direct procurement.
      • Support projects within group hospital structures and coordinate multi-stakeholder activities.
      • Build strong relationships with cardiovascular surgeons, perfusionists, and hospital procurement teams.
      • Identify opportunities to grow the Cardiac Surgery & Aortic portfolio within assigned accounts.

      Required Knowledge and Experience:

      • Minimum 5 years of experience in cardiac surgery related field.
      • Experience in medical device industry, preferably cardiovascular surgery sales or clinical support.
      • Background in perfusion systems, heart valves, or cardiac surgery operating room support.
      • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
      • Experience working in cardiovascular operating rooms.
      • Ability to manage multiple hospital accounts.
      • Willingness to travel (P of time).
