What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead Agile ceremonies, including daily standups, sprint planning, and retrospectives to ensure team alignment
- Manage and coordinate change management processes for Salesforce and Oracle CPQ deployments
- Drive compliance and internal audit processes for enterprise platforms
- Enhance communication and transparency across teams regarding project statuses and ticket updates
- Proactively identify and resolve impediments affecting team productivity and project delivery
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Proficiency in English
- Current Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent) with experience in agile methodologies
- Experience with enterprise systems, particularly Salesforce and Salesforce Revenue Cloud
- Subject matter expertise in ServiceNow and/or JIRA
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sprint metrics and team performance data
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with GitHub and deployment tools (Gearset, Capado, Prodly, etc.)
- Familiarity with internal audit processes and compliance frameworks for software platforms
- Additional agile certifications (SAFe, Kanban, etc.) or knowledge of the Salesforce platform
- Experience implementing capacity planning
