What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Coordinate projects using agile methodology values, principles, and practices to plan, manage, and deliver solutions
- Facilitate daily team meetings to gather project updates, address roadblocks, and ensure project alignment
- Plan and organize product/system demos and testing, ensuring effective collaborative processes
- Track project processes, deliverables, and financials, preparing and presenting status reports to stakeholders
- Drive a culture of agility and continuous improvement within the development teams
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s Degree and 2 years of experience in Project Management in an Information Technology organization OR High School Diploma or GED and 6 years of experience in Project Management in an Information Technology organization
- Strong understanding of agile methodologies
- Proven ability to facilitate communication and collaboration within teams
- Experience in project tracking and reporting
- Scrum Certification required
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, MS Office Suite, and MS Visio
- Familiarity with SAFE, KANBAN, or SCRUM methodologies
- Prior experience in a similar role within the IT sector
