What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
- Coach teams on Scrum principles, Agile values, and continuous improvement practices
- Assist teams in removing impediments and managing dependencies
- Collaborate with Product Owners on backlog refinement and sprint readiness
- Administer and optimize Jira workflows, projects, and reporting for the teams
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Scrum Master on Agile teams
- Scrum certification (CSM, PSM I, or equivalent)
- Hands-on experience administering Jira in an Agile environment
- Strong understanding of Scrum and Agile principles, with excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Experience working with multiple or cross-functional teams
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with Kanban or hybrid Agile approaches
- Experience with Jira Advanced Roadmaps or similar planning tools
- Background working with software development teams
