What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide excellent customer service to enhance brand loyalty and customer experience
- Promote and educate customers about loyalty programs and products
- Engage with customers to drive sales through suggestive selling techniques
- Support various areas of the store, including sales floor, fitting room, and cash wrap
- Handle customer interactions and resolve issues courteously and professionally
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members
- A customer-focused mindset to deliver exceptional service on the sales floor
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including holidays and weekends
- Capability to lift up to 30 lbs and maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom
