What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Support day-to-day financial planning and analysis activities, including budget and forecast preparation
- Provide financial management support to Executive and Senior Management leaders through regular reporting and analysis
- Develop and maintain comprehensive financial projection models and tools
- Ensure alignment of business analytics with the organization's strategic objectives
- Mentor and guide junior team members while fostering a collaborative work environment

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Candidates must reside in the United States
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 4-6 years of progressive financial planning and analysis experience, preferably in a non-profit setting
- Proficiency in financial systems for budget and forecast management, including financial planning and reporting software
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and communicate effectively

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) certification
- Experience with Workday Adaptive
- Strong presentation skills with the ability to engage various audiences
- A passion for higher education and a commitment to access and equity in the college admissions process
