What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist clients by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information related to insurance products and services
- Guide clients through policy-related matters, explaining coverage details and assisting with policy adjustments
- Communicate with clients regarding policy renewals, providing information on renewal options and changes in coverage
- Maintain accurate and organized client records, documenting all interactions and transactions
- Gather client feedback to identify areas for improvement and enhance the client experience
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree required; Business Administration, Customer Service, or related field preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of work experience in the Insurance Industry or Customer Service
- Knowledge of insurance industry regulations and compliance
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry
- Strong attention to detail, effective communication, and organizational skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Certification as a Certified Insurance Service Representative (CISR) is a plus
- Experience in claims case management and resolution
