What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Initiate, monitor, and close out investigative sites in accordance with FDA/ICH regulations
- Track and maintain study-specific non-Case Report Form databases
- Administer clinical research projects, collecting investigator documentation and preparing reports as required
- Ensure appropriate source document review and verification
- Write Clinical Trial Reports and analyze trial results clearly and accurately
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree or RN in a related field, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
- Minimum of 5 years' experience as a CRA with oversight of clinical trials in the pharmaceutical, hospital, or CRO industry
- Advanced knowledge of GCPs, ICH guidelines, FDA, and other applicable regulations
- Experience with numerous EDC systems
- Meticulous attention to detail and excellent time management skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Specialized knowledge of CNS therapeutic areas
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Zoom, and Adobe
- Strong writing and verbal communication skills in English
- Ability to work and travel independently with minimal supervision
- Experience mentoring junior staff or CRAs
