What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead a team of engineers and managers to develop frameworks, systems, and tools for new products
- Oversee storage services, including relational and analytics storage infrastructure
- Drive business and engineering metrics, fostering a culture of reliability and productivity
- Collaborate with tech leads and stakeholders on security, architecture, and project planning
- Mentor team members and guide their professional growth
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in managing diverse teams and delivering large-scale technical programs
- Proven track record in stakeholder management and successful project delivery
- Expertise in large-scale data processing systems and workflow orchestration frameworks
- Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with scaling frameworks like Snowflake, Spark, Flink, and Kafka on Kubernetes
- Background in data infrastructure and a passion for contributing to Open Source solutions
- Capability of mentorship and individual contribution in technical projects
