What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Maintain an updated and iterative Product Roadmap based on evolving requirements from Product Management and stakeholders
- Collaborate with Product Managers and development teams to plan Program Increments, balancing strategic needs and team capacity
- Organize and manage agile development sprints, writing clear and effective user stories for IT delivery partners
- Act as a bridge between Product Managers, stakeholders, and development teams to ensure alignment and execution
- Provide technology thought leadership to ensure business continuity and innovation for stakeholder groups
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s Degree in Arts/Sciences (BA/BS) in Information Technology or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a member of an Agile software development team
- Minimum of 5 years of experience working directly with business stakeholders
- Knowledge of SAFe agile development principles
- Enhanced business analysis skills and ability to create and interpret feature gap analyses

- Ability to leverage user feedback to assemble and communicate detailed user story maps
- Experience in technology thought leadership related to product or application management
