  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Collaborate with hiring managers to identify and prioritize staffing needs for infrastructure projects across the U.S.
  - Proactively source and assess candidates for technical and professional roles in transportation, urban development, water, and energy systems
  - Build strong relationships with hiring managers by providing market insights and managing expectations
  - Maintain accurate records of recruiting activities and candidate data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  - Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies throughout the recruitment process
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and professional work experience
  - Minimum of 5 years of recruiting experience, with at least 3 years focused on technical and professional roles within infrastructure, engineering, or construction
  - Proven success in managing full-cycle recruitment for high-demand roles in a fast-paced environment
  - Strong knowledge of U.S. employment practices and applicable regulations
  - Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), preferably Workday
  
  How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  - Experience recruiting for large-scale infrastructure, transportation, water/wastewater, environmental, or energy projects in the U.S.
  - Familiarity with leveraging social media platforms and job boards for talent acquisition
