      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Establish and execute a vision for delivering information and analytics to enhance financial and operational performance
      - Lead routine meetings with stakeholders to drive outcomes and ensure timely delivery of projects
      - Analyze financial and business performance against key metrics and provide actionable insights to leadership
      - Develop detailed project plans, monitor progress, and ensure completion within scope and timeline
      - Create comprehensive reports and executive summaries based on data analysis for leadership review

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 5 to 7 years of relevant experience in revenue cycle management or analytics
      - Must possess CRCR (Certified Revenue Cycle Representative) license
      - Ability to analyze variances and trends to identify operational problems
      - Strong proficiency in MS Access and Excel
      - Experience with project management and reporting tools

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
      - Proficiency with Business Objects and SQL
      - Previous experience in healthcare revenue cycle operations
      - Familiarity with TIPS reporting and KPI analysis
      - Skills in developing and implementing process improvements
