What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Design, implement, and optimize LLM-powered applications using leading and open-source models
- Develop advanced prompt engineering, system prompts, and structured output pipelines
- Build RAG pipelines with hybrid search, embeddings, and custom retrieval strategies
- Fine-tune, adapt, and serve foundation models using modern inference engines
- Deploy and scale LLM workloads using various advanced systems
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Total experience of 7.5+ years in LLM engineering and Python backend development
- Proven experience building and deploying applications using cutting-edge LLMs (e.g., GPT-4/5, Claude)
- Strong backend engineering experience with FastAPI, Django, or Flask
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Hands-on expertise with LLM frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, and Haystack
- Strong experience with RAG pipelines, embeddings, and multi-agent systems
- Knowledge of semantic search, hybrid search, and enterprise knowledge systems
- Experience implementing REST, GraphQL, and streaming APIs
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and Kubernetes
