  As a Senior UI/UX Designer, you will:

  • Own UI/UX design for hybrid-casual mobile games from concept to production
  • Quickly research market trends, competitors, and references
  • Create high-quality UI/UX flows, wireframes, mocks, and final visuals
  • Build and maintain art bibles and visual guidelines
  • Work in parallel on multiple games and styles
  • Produce 2D paint-overs on top of 2D and 3D assets (characters, environments, icons, logos, etc.)
  • Provide clear, constructive feedback to artists and help raise overall quality
  • Mentor and support artists when needed and help manage tasks and art in projects
  • Communicate efficiently, think fast, and self-manage priorities in a dynamic environment
  • Act as an AI-Evangelist within the art and design teams — exploring, testing, and promoting the use of AI tools to enhance creativity, speed, and production quality.
  • Experiment with emerging AI tools for UI/UX design, concept generation, asset iteration, and workflow optimization.

  
  Requirements
  
  

  Senior UI/UX Designer role requires:

  • Excellent UI/UX sensibility for mobile games
  • Strong 2D art, composition, color, and visual storytelling
  • Ability to adapt quickly to different visual styles
  • Fast, efficient execution without sacrificing quality
  • Strong communication skills and an ownership mindset
  • Highly organized, proactive, and self-driven
  • Strong interest in AI tools and creative technologies (experience with AI-assisted design tools is a big advantage)
  • Curiosity to continuously explore and adopt new AI-powered workflows

  
  

  Portfolio (Mandatory). Candidates must include a portfolio showcasing:

  • UI/UX work for hybrid mobile games
  • 2D game art & concept art
  • Art direction examples
  • Paint-overs (2D/3D assets)
  • Any additional relevant hybrid-game visuals
  • Examples of work where AI tools were used in the creative or production process (if applicable)
