      Position Summary

      We are looking for a Solution Engineer acrobat who isn’t afraid to use all their knowledge and stellar communication skills to tackle complex problems.
      We work with High-caliber, multidimensional technology leadership with a proven track record of leading agile solutions design at scale.       As a Solution Engineer on our team, you will lead, design and provide solutions. You will work with business, information, and technology teams to recommend technology solutions needed to enable leading-edge capabilities and develop comprehensive patterns that outline how those capabilities get realized in response to evolving business needs.

      The ideal candidate will work from CT Digital office location , however we would consider candidates anywhere in the US who can work in Remote or hybrid model closer to our Digital office locations .


      Required Qualifications

      • 5+ years of solution design and architecture experience, including capturing requirements in a customer-facing capacity

      • 4+ years of experience in designing and developing solutions using Java , J2ee, NodeJS, microservices , REST API

      • 4+ years of experience in supporting the web and mobile applications teams

      • 3+ years of experience in AWS technology stack and DevOps/ CICD processes

      • 3+ years of experience in Agile methodology


      Preferred Qualifications

      • Excellent verbal and written communication skills required to ideate solutions that are sufficient and feasible to both the business leads and the technical teams.

      • Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills

      • Client-focused attitude and ability to be a customer advocate

      • Ability to develop technical briefs and detailed solution designs

      • Familiarity with ReactJs or any modern framework


      Education

      Bachelor degree from accredited university or equivalent work experience

      Pay Range

      The typical pay range for this role is:

      $90,000.00 - $180,000.00

      This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
