What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Engage and achieve sales targets with potential customers through door-to-door and community interactions
- Conduct post-sales follow-up to ensure an exceptional customer experience
- Present and explain T-Mobile’s products and services to potential customers effectively
- Address customer inquiries and facilitate a smooth transition into T-Mobile services
- Utilize advanced negotiation skills to secure sales agreements and exceed sales targets
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum education requirement: High School Diploma or GED
- Proven sales proficiency in direct consumer sales, particularly in door-to-door sales tactics
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for clear customer interactions
- Strong ability to engage customers and enhance their satisfaction and loyalty
- Flexibility to adapt sales approaches based on varying customer needs and market conditions
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree in Business or Marketing
- Experience in a direct sales or retail environment, particularly in telecommunications or consumer electronics
- Knowledge of telecommunications market dynamics and effective sales strategies
- Certification as a Certified Sales Professional (CSP)
- Certification as a Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP)
