What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Perform and coordinate all aspects of clinical monitoring and site management
- Conduct remote or on-site visits to assess protocol compliance
- Manage documentation and ensure audit readiness
- Develop collaborative relationships with investigational sites
- Conduct monitoring tasks in accordance with the approved monitoring plan

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- 2+ years of experience as a clinical research monitor
- Valid driver's license
- Knowledge of ICH GCPs and applicable regulations
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in oncology, cell therapy, or gene therapy as a CRA
- Understanding of Risk Based Monitoring concepts and processes
