      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Deliver actionable insights and recommendations to key stakeholders to drive revenue
      - Optimize go-to-market motions using data-driven approaches to enhance efficiency and customer acquisition
      - Develop predictive models to support strategic and operational initiatives
      - Create dashboards, data products, and ad hoc reports to analyze and present data
      - Collaborate with leadership to define and monitor key performance indicators across the company

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Proficiency in SQL and a statistical programming language (e.g., Python or R)
      - Minimum of 5 years of experience in analytics with a strong understanding of statistical concepts
      - Experience with BI tools such as Sigma, Tableau, or Looker
      - Proven ability to lead projects independently from start to finish
      - Experience supporting go-to-market teams including Sales, Marketing, or Customer Success

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - M.S. in Math, Statistics, or a closely related quantitative field
      - Experience with Snowflake and dbt
      - Familiarity with building supervised and unsupervised learning models
      - Background in a B2B or SaaS company
