What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Design and present high-visibility analyses to guide capital allocation and revenue growth
- Evaluate the viability of new service lines and identify opportunities for expansion
- Analyze patient economics to prioritize payor relationships and referral channels
- Build financial models for evaluating de novo expansion, joint ventures, and acquisitions
- Identify and implement process improvements in strategic finance operations
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 2+ years of experience in strategic finance, investment banking, management consulting, or related fields
- Strong analytical skills and ability to navigate ambiguity
- Proficiency in building clean, dynamic financial models in Excel
- Excellent communication skills for creating presentations for executive leadership
- High intellectual curiosity and a proactive approach to problem-solving
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in corporate strategy, corporate development, or transaction advisory
- Familiarity with private equity or venture capital environments
- Strong understanding of healthcare finance and market dynamics
- Previous experience with AI tools in financial workflows
