What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead and manage teams responsible for EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) processes, including managing weekly file feeds and addressing escalations
- Provide coaching, mentoring, and leadership to your team, helping them handle escalated calls and develop their skills
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive customer satisfaction and operational success
- Monitor productivity and ensure timely handling of customer needs while managing metrics reporting
- Participate in or lead projects to improve productivity, service quality, and customer satisfaction
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Prior supervisory experience, including direct management of staff in a service-based environment
- Background in insurance, eligibility, or benefits administration is ideal
- Proven experience in developing and mentoring teams, managing performance, and resolving conflicts
- Ability to manage complex workflows and improve team efficiency through clear metrics and reporting
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with both internal teams and external partners
