What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead the Technical Solution Design (TSD) team to develop strategies for the Core Diagnostics portfolio
- Build and maintain relationships with key account customers to drive technical sales differentiation
- Guide the team to analyze user needs and design comprehensive solutions for clinical diagnostic healthcare
- Manage TSD team activities to meet sales timelines and support business strategy
- Serve as a subject matter expert in clinical laboratory design specialties and lead training initiatives
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree
- 7+ years of experience in selling technical products and services related to diagnostics systems
- Experience in clinical laboratory science and laboratory operations
- Proficiency in modifying informatics and laboratory automation software
- Strong leadership and management skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience selling Core diagnostics (Clinical Chemistry and Amino assays)
- Background in Laboratory Informatics or Laboratory Automation
