What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Handle and process assigned volume within Total Loss and Insurance Repair processes in accordance with established policies and procedures
- Service potential and actual Total Loss and Insurance Repair calls, ensuring compliance with call handling requirements
- Complete end-to-end Total Loss and Insurance Repair functions with precision and adherence to regulations
- Collaborate with other departments and Total Loss and Insurance Repair vendors as needed
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum one (1) year of experience in a servicing center environment
- Basic math skills to perform cost-benefit analyses related to insurance claims
- Established verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and adapt to changes in a fast-paced environment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience within the auto finance industry
- Experience in Total Loss and/or Insurance Repair processes
- Knowledge of Total Loss, Insurance Repair, and related regulations
- Familiarity with collections policies and the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word
