      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and implement activities and events to create a sense of community within the residential learning community
      - Manage administrative tasks related to student programming, recruitment, and campus collaboration
      - Mentor student leaders and facilitate their involvement in event planning
      - Create and distribute communication materials for events and initiatives
      - Participate in recruitment activities and lead tours for prospective students

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Must be currently enrolled at the employer and maintain enrollment throughout the employment period
      - Ability to comply with the University Residence Halls Contract and Student Housing Handbook
      - Availability to attend all designated training dates
      - Prior experience as a resident in the learning community may be preferred
      - Strong organizational and communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Current or former resident of the learning community
      - Experience in event planning or community engagement
      - Familiarity with social media and communication platforms
      - Ability to work independently and track multiple projects
      - Previous mentoring or leadership experience
