      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Prioritize urgent matters to prevent task backlogs
      - Maintain organized and up-to-date client records and documentation
      - Conduct timely follow-ups and ensure deadlines are consistently met
      - Document all communications accurately within the CRM
      - Manage high-volume inbound and outbound client communications with professionalism

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Must be available to work in the PST time zone
      - Experience working in a KPI-based or performance-tracked environment
      - Previous experience in legal, personal injury, or client-facing administrative roles
      - Proficiency with CRM systems and VoIP phone systems
      - Strong verbal and written communication skills
