What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Proficiently extract vaccine information from Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems
- Perform scheduling and tracking tasks for pending lab work, immunizations, and referrals
- Assist with Telehealth registration and triage
- Provide education and preparation for procedures related to referrals and obtain pre-certification authorization codes
- Accurately enter and update patient demographic information in EHR systems

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or GED required
- Minimum of one year of experience working in a medical setting
- Ability to type at least 60 words per minute
- Strong interpersonal skills to interact compassionately and effectively with patients
- Ability to make independent decisions and work collaboratively with others

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bilingual skills are desired but not required
- Experience with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems
