What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Oversee and manage Building Information Modeling (BIM) projects across all disciplines
- Communicate with project managers to determine model setup and project scope requirements
- Attend project meetings with clients and consultants, including BIM project kickoff meetings
- Run clash detection reports, resolve clashes, and participate in the BIM coordination process
- Review working models and PDF deliverables for compliance with modeling and documentation standards
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a relevant field; 3 years preferred
- Strong knowledge of Revit, with emphasis on project setup and model management
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Associate degree or certificate in Building Information Modeling (BIM) preferred
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in troubleshooting Revit/design software issues
- Familiarity with design techniques, tools, and principles involved in the production of technical plans and models
