      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Teach a 4-4 course load in the Department of Curriculum and Instruction
      - Provide program service, including designing online courses and advising students
      - Participate in program development and innovation for continuous improvement
      - Build partnerships with K-12 teachers and administrators to support field-based teaching
      - Engage in professional service to the program and department

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - A master's degree in Curriculum and Instruction or a closely related field
      - Minimum of three years of experience teaching in K-12 schools
      - Strong commitment to serving historically minoritized populations
      - Expertise in culturally responsive pedagogies
      - Ability to teach in areas such as foundations of education, teacher leadership, or special education

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - A Ph.D. or Ed.D. in Curriculum and Instruction or a closely related field
      - Experience teaching courses in a teacher education program
      - Experience mentoring or coaching K-12 teachers
      - Experience in designing and teaching online courses
