      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide full support of the Warehouse Management System, including writing commands and configuring the system
      - Collaborate with the Warehouse Operations team to enhance warehouse efficiency through technology
      - Configure systems and interfaces for new customer implementations
      - Maintain communication regarding system-related issues and changes with the 3PL business teams
      - Identify opportunities for operational improvements and savings

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, Data Analytics, or Information Security
      - Minimum of 2 years of experience in systems development
      - Project experience in a manufacturing and/or distribution environment preferred
      - Technical understanding in various technology disciplines, including SQL and application integration
      - Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to convey complex technical issues

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Knowledge of healthcare and healthcare distribution
      - Experience in development processes, including requirements-gathering and testing methodologies
      - Self-starter capable of working independently
