What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Engage directly with clients to gather, analyze, and document business requirements
- Facilitate workshops, meetings, and presentations to ensure alignment between stakeholders and project teams
- Develop clear and concise documentation, including business requirements, process flows, and user stories
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement solutions that meet client objectives
- Perform data analysis to support decision-making and validate business requirements
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Strong client-facing skills with the ability to build trust and maintain professional relationships
- Exceptional written communication skills, including the ability to produce clear, structured, and detailed documentation
- Proven experience in business analysis within the life sciences, technology, or finance industries
- Proven experience with Reltio
- Bachelor's degree in business, Information Systems, or a related field
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with data management concepts (MDM, DWH) and tools such as SQL, Snowflake, or similar
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Experience with project management methodologies (Agile/SCRUM, Waterfall)
