What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Own the full sales cycle from prospecting and cold outreach to negotiation and closing
- Build and manage your sales pipeline in Salesforce with precision and accountability
- Drive daily outbound activities through cold calling, personalized emails, and LinkedIn outreach
- Conduct impactful discovery calls and product demos that connect customer pain points to the employer's solutions
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing and Customer Success to enhance the go-to-market playbook
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 2 years of full-cycle SaaS sales experience, preferably in a fast-paced startup or tech environment
- Self-starter mentality with a strong ownership of pipeline and results
- Competitive and goal-driven, motivated to hit and exceed sales targets
- Strong communication skills, able to build trust quickly and command attention in meetings
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM tools
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with event marketing, ticketing, or email/SMS marketing
- Resilient and resourceful attitude, able to navigate challenges effectively
- Curious and coachable, with a desire to continuously improve sales skills
