      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Achieve growth targets by protecting existing business and identifying new opportunities with channel partners
      - Build and maintain relationships with top-tier channel partners in assigned territory
      - Accountable for sales reporting and insights for assigned channel partners and their clients
      - Deliver sales presentations and training to local partners on T-Mobile products and services
      - Conduct quarterly reviews with partners to evaluate performance and strategize growth

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 4-7 years of strategic operations, sales, and/or business development experience in a sales and/or wireless organization
      - 4-7 years of experience selling into and/or through key industry channel partners
      - Strong negotiation skills
      - Proven analytical, planning, and decision-making abilities
      - Excellent communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree
      - Experience in developing and maintaining long-term relationships with channel partners
      - Knowledge of industry landscape and challenges
      - Proven experience in strategic operations and business development within a wireless organization
      - Ability to drive customer meetings and act as a resource for local partners
