      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Answer phone calls and manage correspondence
      - Perform computer work on Mac and assist with administrative tasks
      - Greet guests and track visitor traffic
      - Coordinate calendars and meetings using platforms such as Zoom and Teams
      - Manage inventory by tracking and ordering supplies as needed

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 1+ years of administrative experience
      - Minimum of 1+ years of customer service experience
      - Proficiency with Mac computers and Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
      - Experience with Google Workspace and familiarity with donor databases; QuickBooks experience is a plus
      - Minimum of 2 years of experience in an Administrative Assistant role; experience in art, retail sales, HR, or non-profit settings is advantageous

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in event planning
      - Background in retail sales or human resources
      - Familiarity with non-profit operations
