      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide hands-on coaching, advisement, and training to sales teammates on the effective and ethical use of AI tools throughout the sales cycle
      - Empower the team to develop skills and mastery of AI toolsets to achieve sales goals and business objectives
      - Analyze user engagement and performance data of AI tools to identify coaching opportunities and inform targeted enablement programs
      - Facilitate communication with sales leadership and individual contributors to gather feedback and address concerns regarding AI implementation
      - Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure AI tool use aligns with overall business ambitions and sales methodology

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 3 years in sales enablement, sales coaching, or quota-carrying B2B sales experience
      - Practical experience using and coaching others on AI tools in a professional sales context
      - Proven track record of success in B2B sales with experience managing accounts or supporting those who do
      - Ability to quickly learn, master, and articulate the value of emerging AI technologies
      - Strong leadership orientation and commitment to teamwork with a results-driven mindset

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in coaching others on AI tools specifically within a sales environment
      - History of driving measurable sales outcomes through the adoption of technology
      - Familiarity with sales methodologies and best practices in B2B environments
      - Demonstrated success in fostering team collaboration and engagement
      - Ability to communicate technical concepts in a simple, actionable manner
