What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Act as the subject matter expert in the development and evaluation of new AI tools for the sales team, ensuring they meet functional requirements and provide a clear return on investment (ROI)
- Create user-friendly AI adoption playbooks and onboarding materials for sales representatives, facilitating the technical usage and workflow integration of AI capabilities
- Manage and maintain a centralized library of resources and ongoing support documentation for all deployed AI solutions
- Design and execute enablement programs and training that emphasize the strategic impact of AI on sales methodologies, preparing sales professionals for success in an AI-integrated environment
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and adaptation within the sales organization regarding AI's impact on processes
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Sales Enablement, Talent & Development, Operations, or Digital Transformation
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or a comparable field is highly preferred
- Proven experience in driving change management and successful adoption of new technologies
- Practical experience with AI/ML concepts, tools, and platforms in a professional sales context
- Strong ability to create training materials and facilitate learning among sales professionals
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in designing and implementing training programs focused on technology adoption
- Familiarity with various AI tools and platforms relevant to sales processes
- Strong communication skills to effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
- Previous experience in a Fortune 500 company or similar corporate environment
