What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead several concurrent implementation projects, varying by complexity and scope
- Gather business requirements and define project deliverables, milestones, and delivery schedules
- Create and maintain detailed project plans, monitoring KPIs and validating scope
- Proactively manage client expectations around service delivery and timelines
- Document implementation progress, including decisions, change logs, and actions
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems, Engineering, IT, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of project management experience
- At least 2-3 years of aviation experience or 3+ years in sectors like hotel or logistics
- Proven experience managing IT or software implementation projects independently
- Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- PMP certification preferred (not required)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong problem-solving ability and technical aptitude
- Proficiency with Microsoft Planner, Microsoft Project, and the Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with Crew Management Systems (e.g., AIMS, Sabre CrewControl, NetLine, CAE) is a plus
