What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Support sales leadership in annual and quarterly planning, including territory design and quota setting
- Analyze sales performance trends to identify opportunities for improvement
- Develop dashboards and reports to track pipeline health and key KPIs
- Maintain and improve sales processes across the sales funnel
- Act as a strategic partner to Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Customer Success
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 1–4 years of experience in sales operations, strategy, consulting, or analytics
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data clearly
- Experience working with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
- Advanced skills in Excel/Google Sheets, including comfort with dashboards
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience using AI tools
- Familiarity with BI tools (Looker, Tableau, Power BI)
- SQL or data querying experience
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
