      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage maintenance and configuration of the Workforce Management (WFM) system
      - Assist in payroll budgeting and generate reports on scheduling compliance and payroll spend
      - Maintain documentation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for efficient execution of tasks
      - Collaborate with cross-functional partners to support labor planning initiatives
      - Travel to stores to gather feedback and ensure effective implementation of payroll allocation models

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 1 - 2 years of retail experience preferred
      - Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
      - 2 years' experience in business analysis
      - Exceptional writing, organizational, and communication skills
      - Strong analytical skills and ability to problem-solve independently

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with automated Workforce Management or related software
      - Expert in MS Excel
      - Ability to build effective relationships across various organizational levels
      - Savvy and resourceful with strong decision-making abilities
