      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead clinical practice, education, and management in collaboration with the nurse manager
      - Perform charge nurse duties and serve as a clinical resource for patient care
      - Facilitate education, supervision, mentorship, and evaluation of staff
      - Provide feedback to staff regarding clinical, interpersonal, and communication performance
      - Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to promote quality nursing care

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Must have or obtain a Washington RN license to practice
      - Graduation from an accredited school of nursing
      - Two or more years of Level III or IV NICU nursing experience
      - Experience in a charge nurse role
      - Availability for night shifts (36 hours/week)

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - BSN or higher degree
      - Experience in a leadership or management role within a healthcare setting
      - Certification in Neonatal Intensive Care Nursing
      - Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment
