What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Demonstrate professionalism and establish trust with Fotona's growing customer base
- Manage high-volume cold calls to medical practices and med spas
- Identify decision-makers and evaluate the buying process
- Actively seek out new customers through various methods including prospecting and trade shows
- Stay knowledgeable on products and services offered by the employer
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum 4+ years of outbound business-to-business sales experience in the Aesthetic industry
- Experience in Aesthetic Capital Equipment, Durable Medical Equipment, and/or Medical Device sales
- Excellent phone, written, and in-person sales and communication skills
- Basic MS Office Suite and computer/internet skills for communications and research
- Reliable work ethic and ability to work independently to achieve results
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience using CRM tools, with Salesforce preferred
- Demonstrated ability to develop qualified appointments
- Strong passion for prospecting
- Knowledge of sales and marketing principles and strategies
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
