      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Support the strategic planning and execution of high-impact fundraising campaigns
      - Monitor financial performance and adjust strategies to achieve revenue goals
      - Cultivate and engage with mid-level fundraising teams, sponsors, and volunteers
      - Analyze data trends to assist with donor development and fundraising strategies
      - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless integration of campaign efforts

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 3+ years of experience in fundraising, donor relations, or development support within a nonprofit or similar environment
      - Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective donor engagement
      - Proficiency in donor database systems and Microsoft Office Suite
      - Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, managing multiple projects effectively
      - Knowledge of fundraising best practices and event coordination

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with fundraising platforms is a plus
      - Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders
      - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
